Cadastral sources are run by public authorities and their availability is outside our control. When one stops responding, our API keeps serving the cadastral reference, coordinates and surface area from our own copy of the data, flagging the response so you can tell it apart. Fields only the live source publishes (address, use, year built) are unavailable until it recovers.
